I’ve tried to find an easy way of doing this but no sucesses ,probably just implementing this in the plugin.

The way I know you can do this so far, is this:

1. Put your cursor at the top of the file.
2. You can then click the “Next” (the down arrow) icon and this will take you to the first difference.
3. Press ctrl+F2 to toggle the bookmark
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you’re at the end of the file
5. Open the Search Menu > Bookmark > Remove Bookmarked Lines.

You can also enable multi-editing (settings->prefs->editing).
Then, you can CTRL + Select the lines you want, copy , paste or delete.
